A few days ago, we met with the owners of our current place to inform them that we already have the necessary funds to move out and that we’re willing to do so but we find ourselves in the difficult and slow process of searching for a new home.
We urged them not to start the eviction process and they have agreed with us that, considering our situation, taking any legal action now would be useless and could only go against both parties. We’ve agreed that finding a friendly way out is the best for everyone involved, giving us more time to find a new place while ending our tenancy in good terms.
Once again, we want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who pitched in, with either a small or large donation, to save our rescues from eviction. Without your amazing support, they would have lost their home by now.
