Cricket, 10 months – Sick feral kitten. Diagnosed with a severe case of FVR. Found in distress in his colony. Rescued in November 2025. 

Vinny, 3 – Abandoned. Found hiding under parked cars. Deeply traumatized. Victim of abuse and neglect. Rescued in December 2025. 

Cheeky, 3 – Orphaned kitten 4 weeks old. Found starving and in distress. Fed outside the Sanctuary for 4 months. Rescued in November 2023. 

Frankie, 3 – Orphaned kitten 4 weeks old. Found starving and in distress. Fed outside the Sanctuary for 4 months. Rescued in November 2023.

BlackBerry Melody, 12 – Feral.  Amputee. Rescued in August 2014. Eight-week-old orphaned feral kitten found injured.

Kitty, 15 – Feral. Strabismus. Rescued in July 2013. Very sick feral mama cat with mastitis, found in her colony next to her dead kittens .

Vito, 14 – Feral. Rescued in April 2012. A three-week-old orphaned kitten born to a barn cat mama.

Chloé, 11 – Stray. Osteoarthritis/Obesity. Special dietary needs. Rescued in April 2016. Stray mama cat with mastitis found crying for help on a rooftop.

Mimi, 10 – Rejected. Rescued in 2016. Malnurished 6-week-old orphaned kitten, rejected by sick biological mama cat (Chloé).

Suzie, 9 – Abandoned. Rescued in November 2017. 4-month-old orphaned kitten found in distress and disoriented, at a parking lot.

Molly, 12 – Abandoned. PTSD.  Rescued in 2015.  Abandoned inside a box at a feral cat colony. Signs of abuse and neglect, fleas and tick infestation.

Angel, 13* – Lost to stage 4 CKD. Abandoned. Stomatitis/Deaf. Rescued in September 2013. Deaf orphaned kitten found in distress trying  to fend for himself.

Luna, 5 weeks* – Lost to cardiorespiratory arrest after 4 days in the ICU. Feral kitten found in distress trying to fend for herself. Severe respiratory infection. 

Gigi, 15* – Lost to IMHA caused by FeLV. Abandoned. FLUTD / FIC. Rescued in November 2013. Found in distress roaming the streets.

HOLLY, 4* –  Lost to Carcinoma. PTS a few hours after her rescue. Feral, FeLV+ Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) affecting her jaw and tongue.

Toby, 10* –  Lost to cardiac arrest in September 2025. Rescued in August 2025. Abandoned, advanced Hyperthyroidism, chronic heart problems and severe osteoporosis.

TJ, 9* –  Lost to Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) in 2024. Rescued in 2015. Abandoned. Malnurished 6-week-old orphaned kitten dropped off inside a box at Sanctuary’s front door.

Oliver, 12* – Lost to Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) in 2024. Abandoned. Diabetic since 2018. Rescued in July 2015. Signs of abuse and neglect. Found terrified hidding under a truck.

FeLV+ Negrita, 15 * Lost to heart disease in 2023.  Abandoned. Cardiomegaly/COPD. Rescued in June 2013. Found with bleeding blisters and  fungal infection.

FeLV+ Salem, 9* Lost to Metastatic Tumors in the Lungs in 2022. Rescued in 2015. Abandoned. Behavioural issues. Found injured roaming the streets.

FeLV+ Bella, 9* Lost to Liver Failure in 2021. Rescued in 2015. Abandoned. Pregnant. Found in distress crying for help. Suffered miscarriage upon rescue.

FeLV+ Maya, 6* Lost to Pleural Effusion in 2021. Rescued in 2015. Abandoned. Found injured and in distress at a feral cat colony.

Rocco, 7* Lost to Kidney Failure in 2019. Rescued in 2015. Abandoned. Found in distress and deeply traumatized, roaming the streets.

FeLV+ Gipsy, 3* Lost to Leukemia in 2018. Rescued in 2016. Signs of abuse and neglect. Emaciated / fungal infection all over the body. Found in distress, roaming the streets.

FIV+  Bono, 10* Stage 4 CKD Lost to Acute Kidney Failure in 2018. Rescued in 2016. Abandoned. Signs of abuse and neglect. Lived on the streets for years before rescue.

FeLV+ Pitu Jasmine, 3* Lost to Multicentric Lymphoma in 2017. Rescued in 2014. Orphaned kitten abandoned at a feral cat colony, FVR and severe conjunctivits.

FeLV+  Minnie, 2* Lost to Leukemia in 2016. Rescued in 2014. Very sick kitten with FVR / Ataxia, found at a feral cat colony. 

Tommy, 14* Lost to heart failure in 2015. Rescued in 2001. Orphaned stray kitten.

FeLV/FIV+  Charlie, 1* Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Rescued in 2017. Aloof / emaciated. Fed for months outside the sanctuary. PTS 24 hours after rescue.

FeLV+ Timmy, 2* Sudden death in 2014. Rescued in 2013. Found severely injured at a feral cat colony.

FeLV+ Nikki, 18 months old* FVR /Tongue Cancer. Rescued in 2014. Found bleeding at a feral cat colony. PTS 48 hours after rescue.

FIV+ Cappuccino, 10* Eye Tumor / Advanced Cancer. Rescued in 2013. Found injured on the streets. PTS 24 hours after rescue.

At the end of 2013, before starting our own cat sanctuary, two rescues found their forever homes. Little did we know, they’d be part of the journey that led us to creating Change One Life.

Honey, 1* Abandoned. Rescued in 2013. Abused 10-month-old found roaming the streets. Nursed back to health, spayed and adopted out.

Felix, 3* Abandoned. Rescued in 2012. Was found roaming the streets, deeply traumatized. Nursed back to health, neutered and adopted out.
