Pandemic Crisis 2020

On lockdown due to #CORONAVIRUS

National STATE OF EMERGENCY and IMPOSED LOCKDOWN due to #CORONAVIRUS:

Getting extra cat food, cat litter, and other supplies needed for everyone at the Sanctuary as we’re to be confined for the next 15 days due to nationwide lockdown. These are times of extraordinary difficulty.

Last month, one of our co-founders was hospitalized with pneumonia, and now the country has become one of the epicentres of the coronavirus outbreak. We have no volunteers, no family or friends who can take on responsibility for the Sanctuary.

So many souls depend on only the two of us; the thought of getting infected is a real nightmare. This global crisis has hit us hard; we haven’t had any work income since December 2019 and over the last few months, the number of donations has dropped dramatically.

We’re aware this situation is affecting millions of people, including some of our supporters as well but as this crisis continues and our financial situation gets worse, we must keep on reaching out to the world to try to get some financial aid. We wish we didn’t have to but we hope you understand we have no choice!

If you wish to give us a helping hand, please click on the ‘Join or Donate’ menu to find the way to give that suits you better.

Thank you all in advance!
