One last chance

We were urged to negotiate a paid extention with the property owner so that our rescues would not end up being homeless again due to the fact that by April 30th our cat shelter project fundraiser had not even reached 50% to goal. It’s been a tough week; while our senior rescue was trying to overcome a life-threatening pneumonia, we were fighting to keep our cat shelter project alive. After long hours of negotiations, we finally got to an agreement: We’ve been allowed to stay for another 90 days by paying a fixed sum per month for the next 3 months. This sum will be paid out of our own pockets so that all funds raised for the new cat shelter will remain intact to be able to finally move out. We have one last chance to make it happen and this time we cannot fail. The owner has already warned us that no more extensions will be feasable in the future and that further legal actions will be taken If we fail to move out by the end of the 90 day period agreed. Your kind support is still very much needed to help us reach our goal within the next 3 months.
